Out of the 10,000 bird species that inhabit this world, around 2000 of them are migratory. The Indian subcontinent plays host to a number of migratory birds in summers as well as winters. It is estimated that over a hundred species of migratory birds fly to India, either in search of feeding grounds or to escape the severe winter of their native habitat.

No rock, no boulder, no hill is similar. Through millions of years of wear both above and below ground this granite rock seems to have been sculptured by someone with the same skill and imagination as Constantin Brancusi. Jawai has a dramatic landscape and these intrusive igneous rocks are the centerpieces that contribute to these regular breath-taking moments.
